Earlier in the year I was lucky enough to spend a few days over in Wales, 10 years since I had last visited. Boy was it fun. Not only was it a great time to relax on the beach but also go on a zip line and jump on fishing ropes in old mining caves. We chose a hotel in Blaenau Ffestiniog, Snowdonia which did the job, but not anything to write home about. Zipworld Home to thee worlds fasted zip-line over at their Penrhyn Quarry (North Wales) location. We visited their Llechwedd (North Wales). Which has Cave Trampolining, I mean who came up with this idea? It was absolutely brilliant but there were a few tight areas that my 5ft7 self struggled to get through. I would definitely recommend listening to their advice about wearing trousers and long sleeves but I would go a step further and say to make them thick as I still ended up with a few rope burns.
